Brilliance Case Study
In February 2007 Brilliance was invited into Target Corporation’s north campus corporation office by Marsden Building Maintenance site supervisor. The Target account is serviced by Dalco Supply who distributes Brilliance Wiped throughout the State of Minnesota.
The Marsden Supervisor Dao Mahphing, was intrigued to try the Brilliance wipe product for stainless steel primarily due to the anticipated labour savings. According to Dao, Marsden was investing 3 hours each day to clean the stainless steel in the facility where there are roughly 10,000 employees. The facility has stainless steel elevators and panels on all 4 floors of the campus including stainless steel in the restrooms.
Brilliance was applied on one elevator bank and on several panels near the elevator for testing purposes. The demonstration took less than 30 minutes for the first application and Dao was instucted to apply the second application the next evening. Adequate samples were left for additional testing which would take place over a 5 day period, and I was instructed to reach out after the 5 day period expired to determine the outcome.
As directed I reached out to Dao 1 week later and Dao informed me that the stainless steel looked great, repelled finger prints, dust, and scuff marks. Dao was ecstatic with the labour savings finding that he was able to eliminate the daily stainless steel cleaning to once every three days. Over a two week period Marsden would spend 30 hours at the site cleaning stainless steel and now with Brilliance they spend 12 hours, which represents a 60% labour savings. Marsden had also found the following benefits to be advantageous as well:

Brilliance wipes protecting agents prevent pitting, and accumulation of hard water deposits due to the products ability to prevent deposits or acids from adhering and damaging the surface.
